Return - Exchange:

We will be happy to accept returns / exchanges on unopened items within ten
(10) days of receipt. All items must be in their original factory sealed containers.

Please note, the following items are NOT returnable:

14K Gold and Sterling Silver Nails, 14K Nail Charm Rings, Holiday Jewelry, Electric
Nail Drills, Acrylic, Gel, Chemical Products or Implements.

Please call or e-mail for a return authorization number. Returns / Exchanges will
not be accepted without an authorization number.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless we shipped the wrong product.

All returns / exchanges should be sent in a sturdy box with ample cushioning to
insure against breakage and should be insured against loss and/or damage for at
least the value of the contents.

Repairs:

All repairs should be sent directly to the manufacturer of the product.
